1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. LICENSE

Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the Servisis templates, style sheets, graphics and code and other products sold through our web site (hereinafter referred to as the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by Servisis Limited ("Servisis").

3. SCOPE

Servisis Products may NOT be resold, redistributed, disassembled, reverse engineered, added to any type of collection or media online or offline, offered for download from any web site or placed online for browse-to-buy or other type viewing purposes. Products may not be used in any online display of sample web sites. You may NOT extract images or code from the templates or style sheets to sell or distribute in any manner. You may NOT use any component of Servisis Products to produce what could be directly or indirectly considered a competitive venture against us. All copyrights remain with servisis.com unless an exclusive licence has been purchased and paid for. Servisis Products are available as either a free download, a single use licence download, or an exclusive use licence download.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase a licence for the same template again in order to create another project using the same design.

b) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. Customisations and modifications are not included in the standard package price, but are available from Servisis as a separate paid service. Modifications not performed or supplied by Servisis are not covered by any support agreement.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Servisis Limited.

d) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Servisis Limited.

e) OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products and copyrights are property of Servisis Limited.

Servisis Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our legal entity be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

4. OUR REFUND POLICY

Since Servisis Limited is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product. We can only make exceptions when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis to the mutual agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is only issued to the original purchaser after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by them. This is a required condition.

5. PRODUCT INSTALLATION

Our licence does not include installation of any of our products where required. Installation is a separate paid service which is not included in the package price.

6. FORUMS

Using anonymous proxy servers or other methods that mask your real IP within the forums is strictly forbidden and will result in termination of your membership. We respect the privacy of all our members, and any behavior by a member which threatens the security of other members will results in their membership being terminated. Any abuse of our terms of use, policies or website security is reported to all appropriate ISPs, parent hosting companies, online fraud organizations which notify other membership-type/software companies, and local law enforcement agencies in the areas where the offenders reside.

7. LINKING

A link back to Servisis Limited is not required, but if you choose to place a link to us it is always appreciated. Our url is http://www.servisis.com.

8. SALES

All sales are final. Servisis products are classified as copyrighted, commercial software; once downloaded or sent from our mail servers they cannot be returned. Customers are permitted to use Servisis products on their own or their clients' web sites providing they have a valid invoice number for the product. Those that do not have a legal license to use Servisis products risk having their website disabled by their parent web hosting company for copyright infringement violations. You may use Servisis copyrighted material only within Servisis terms as stated here. As the original copyright holder, Servisis Limited makes the sole determination as to whether the use of Servisis products are within these terms.
